Nikki was incredibly helpful. Our children love her and look forward to playing with her. She was always up for any activity that my two boys threw at her. It's also worth saying that my 1 year old is not the easiest and Nikki always handled the situation very well. She communicates well, is always on time, and would reach out when she had questions/concerns about the kids which I really appreciate.
