So I really cannot say enough wonderful things about Nicole and her child care. Firstly, she is very detail oriented: she keeps a daily log with boys which includes behavior, food, snacks, bathroom breaks. This is so helpful bc when I get home I just read the log and pick up where she left off. Secondly, she is very loving and caring, she got to know my sons (1 & 3) and what they like and what they find fun. Thirdly and important, she is communicative: she sends me pictures during their outings, texts me with pictures of there was a bump/injury and keeps me posted on their status. Fourthly, she is punctual always arriving on time. Fifthly, she is trustworthy: she drives the boys places, takes them to different outings and is always aware. I literally could go on and on and on about her merits. She is also motivated and is always aware of how to be helpful: if she is able she will do light house keeping related to the boys: organize toys, fold the boys clothes, wash their lunch dishes. Overall, she’s just a lovely person and caretaker.
