About Nicole

I'd describe my personality as bubbly, fun and happy. I like working with kids because their little feats are fulfilling. I'm looking for a job that allows me to help families who need an extra set of hands. I started working with kids about three years ago as a registered behavior technician, but I come from a large Hispanic family that has given me years of childcare experience. In my spare time, I like to skate in the park and play volleyball with my 13-year-old sister. I love the beach, puzzles and beating my personal record for sudoku. One thing you should know about me is I am trained in early childhood intervention and development. My skills include functional peer play, intentional communication and redirection/reduction of maladaptive behaviors.
