Nicole is an amazing caretaker! She is the first non-family member we have trusted to watch our girls (ages 2 and 4). She has a ton of experience with a large range of ages, and it shows. She is very good at navigating big toddler emotions and the girls always have so much fun with her. We never worry when our kids are with Nicole. Highly recommend!
