I have been a Certified Nursing Assistant since 2001. I began my experience working in NJ in Nursing homes. I've also done traveling CNA & Home Health Care. I enjoy my job because I enjoy helping the elderly. And I enjoy keeping a smile on their face. As long as they are smiling I know my job is being done right. I am empathetic, compassionate, and a hard working caregiver. Most importantly I can be trusted with your love ones while in their homes. I am more experienced & enjoy working with patients with dementia/Alzheimers. I enjoy working with them because I know for sure mentally & physically they are unable to perform there ADLs independently like they once use to. And I don't mind stepping into their world to help them figure it out. Right now I am located in North Cape May, NJ. Because I have so many years of experience with this type of work, I know my worth. So the pay rate I ask for will be worth it because I can promise you, that your love one will be very well taking care of

Nikki was the best decision I made in caring for my 81 year old mother. Mom was in advance stage dementia and COPD. Nikki rose to the occassion and took her caring seriously. She was on time and would stay late. My mom was well cared for until her passing. Nikki was like part of the family and always said call me when you need and I will be there. When mom was living outbhet last days, Nikki made sure she was clean and comfortable. She was a comfort to my mom and my family. Highly recommend her to care for your loved one.
