About Nicole

I've been working with children as a babysitter since I was 13, professionally as a teacher at a summercare and preschool, then as a full-time Children's Director at a nonprofit teaching over 60 students. This all culminates in over 13 years of experience and 9 years of professional experience in childcare! As you can see, I've always enjoyed working with kids as their wonder, play, curiosity, and laughter is good for me! I've received and taught trainings in behavior management (Love & Logic method), trauma informed care, ACES (adverse childhood experiences), Social Emotional Learning Conferences, CPR & First Aid, Active Shooter, culturally competent behavior management, and many more. I'm headed to start law school in the Fall so have some time in between jobs and that is why I'm looking to work as a caregiver! I love outdoor activities, can fulfill transportation needs, emphasize SEL, and can provide academic support. I'm excited to see if I could be a good fit for your children!
