About Nicole

I found it hard to be a daughter to my mother because she has advanced dementia and I have become her caregiver. I was more like a parent at this stage but this all changed when Nicole came into our lives. I absolutely love Nicole! Nicole has taken over a large part of the caregiver role allowing me to feel once again like I am a daughter to my mother rather than a caregiver. She has been such a big help to our family by working late hours in order to help me take my mom to the bathroom before bed. Prior to hiring Nicole, my husband, who works an early shift, had to stay up late to help me take my mother to the bathroom. My mom always looks forward to seeing Nicole every day. Nicole is very attentive to my mom and she never, ever loses her patience, she plays games to help with mental stimulation, she serves my mom her meals and assists with feeding when neccessary. Nicole is adorable, she's a little quirky but classy, somewhat shy but a good conversationalist, she's funny, intelligent, caring and sweet all rolled up into one. She is logical and has good reasoning skills, often making suggestions on how to better assist my mother. I also want to emphasize that Nicole takes her job seriously and prides herself on always being on time, She loves my chocolate lab which is a huge plus! I have no worries about leaving Nicole alone with my mother, she has restored our freedom allowing us to leave our home and enjoy life again, we trust her very much and we highly recommend her.
