My mom has run an in home day care since I was a year old, so 36 years now and she's still going! At age 11, I started babysitting for those families on nights/weekends, as needed. When I was 16, I became a preschool teacher assistant and did that until I was certified to teach myself. I taught for around 10 years (assistant and teacher) then transitioned to becoming a nanny. It was the best decision I've ever made. I've been nannying for 11 years now, and absolutely love it. I'd describe my personality as fun, organized, loving I like working with kids because they're all unique in their own ways and they all bring something different to the table!
