She is NOT "bold energenic and honest." She did not honestly describe herself when I FaceTimed with her. She said she had high school experience with people with special needs and a little brother with autism. She texted me and said she was "excited" to come to my interview the next day. The next day--one hour before, she canceled! She refused to take my call. She said she is "kinda going through a lot mentally right now." I TRUSTED her to work with my daughter. I believed it--but she also texted that if she came she may leave. Instead of waiting to interview her, I could have been hiring someone else.
