About Nicole

Hi, my name is Nicole, but my littles *and their families* :-) call me Cole. My husband and I have been together nearly 30 years, and we've raised two amazing sons who are now grown. We are still waiting on grandbabies but until then, I get to care for all my nanny babies. I often remind parents to enjoy every moment (even those sleepless nights haha), it truly goes by fast. I bring 25+ years of experience and specialize in infant care, with a special love for supporting new moms. I've been with my current family for three years, and as their child prepares for preschool, I'm excited to begin the next chapter with a new family. I enjoy starting with infants and growing alongside families as children develop and milestones unfold. I'm experienced in infant sleep foundations, introduction to solids, and toddler transitions such as potty training. My approach is nurturing, play-based, and relationship-focused, with an emphasis on connection, consistency, and long-term partnership.
