Nicole has a sweet, warm and caring demeanor. When you meet her for the first time you feel her warmth. We initially asked her to spend Saturdays with our 1 yr old while we took our 8 yr old skiing. She was so great, she jumped into the mix as if she was part of our crew from the beginning. We loved her so much she has helped us out after work with both kids. I simply feel like the kids are safe and loved while we are not there. I would become her to anyone that is looking for child care. I should add, b/c she was babysitting on the weekend at a shared ski house she was also faced with 4 dogs. I was worried they might be too much, I was wrong! She had no issues and the dogs loved her as much as our baby did!
