Nicole not only does and excellent job, but always seems to make herself extra available whenever we need her in a pinch. In May, my wife was away on business and I was at my full time job....Nicole was faced with the challenge of getting both of my dogs loaded into car and driven to the vet for the older of the 2 to be seen (he has elderly puppy issues). She called me and told me there was no need for me to leave work and that she had it all under control. Naturally I was concerned, but by the time I got back from work, Nicole and the puppies were home comfortable complete with his medication etc. I will continue to use her services and recomend you do as well.
