Hi there, My name is Nicole and I am 33 years old. I have been a nanny / childcare provider for over 10 years now. I have taken care of children aging infant to 16 years old for the past 10 years. My duties with my past nannying jobs have included taking the children to school and picking up, getting them ready for school, making meals, household chores such as laundry and dishes, tutoring and homework help, and taking them to any activities they are involved in. I also have Montessori training and will provide weekly lesson plans for the children in my care! I am experienced in potty training and also working with special needs children. Interviewed Nicole on the phone as well as in person. She interviewed well, seemed very experienced and confident. I debated hiring her versus another applicant and decided to hire the other applicant after a much debate with my husband. The other person I hired did not work out well and much regretted not offering the job to Nicole.
