Hello! I am actively searching for a full time nanny position in the Quad City Area. I will be moving back home to Iowa at the end of July after spending the past 2 years nannying in Pennsylvania. Most recently, I worked with two boys who are now 2 and 2. 5. Previously, I spent 4 years in Colorado as a full time nanny to twins from 3 months to 3. 5 years. I pride myself on being an active and engaging caretaker! I have studied Montessori, Respectful, Moms on Call, and many other styles of parenting. In addition, I added an Early Childhood Education Degree to my resume in 2022. I am extremely adaptable and I look forward to embracing your family's rules, routines, and expectations. We've been beyond thankful to have Nicole as our nanny for our son and his cousin for the last two years. She has been invaluable to our boys' growth and development and always brings positive and nurturing energy, creative activities planned, and fun to every day. Nicole is incredibly professional and provides consistent and clear communication and embraces our families' parenting styles and routines while providing helpful ideas on how to troubleshoot any issues we're experiencing (nap refusals, starting solids, how to redirect behavior). She integrated smoothly into our families and we trust her completely with the boys. I've had other parents come up to me to tell me how amazing she is with the kids many times! Nicole is dedicated and a joy and her next family will be so lucky to have her!
