About Nicole

With over a decade of experience in education, I have a deep understanding of the social, emotional, and learning needs of children. I understand that every child is unique and adjust my care and approach to meet the individual needs and strengths of every child in my care. I am committed to making parenting less stressful for families by partnering with them to best support the whole family. My work in the Bflo community has earned me praise from colleagues, parents, and children alike. Empowering children academically, socially, and emotionally through partnership with their families is what I find most gratifying. As a caregiver, I approach children with warmth, patience, clear communication, and consistent boundaries to keep everyone safe. I hope to find a family that needs a little extra love and support to find peace in the busyness of raising children while working.
