I am certified to teach prek-6th grade. I have taught 4th grade for 11 years, and 2nd grade for two years. During this time, I have provided extra tutoring to students during and after school hours in math and reading skills. I have also taught in an extended day program to provide students with needed remediation in math and reading. Some of my hobbies include playing with my dog, hiking, cooking, and reading. I have loved teaching, but am looking to work with fewer students in a more informal setting. I am currently looking for a full time nanny job, where I would be happy to work with children after school on homework or needed tutoring in any given subject.
