About Nicola

I am a neonatal intensive care unit nurse looking to care for newborns once they go home! I work nights in the hospital which makes me a perfect candidate if you are looking for a night nanny to help with feedings, routines, and postpartum care! Making a positive impact on children's lives and supporting families is why I became a caregiver. I have three years of experience caring for children aged newborn to 11 months old. I am comfortable caring for two babies at a time. I am patient, calm, friendly, and approachable. I follow the parents' lead when enforcing household rules. I enjoy playing educational games with children that promote learning. I communicate with parents using their preferred method. I hold a bachelors degree in nursing from the University of Minnesota, and have First Aid Training, neonatal resuscitation, CPR Training, and a Registered Nurse.
