Hi! My name is Nicholas, and I'm an experienced childcare provider and psychology student with over three years of hands-on experience working with autistic and developmentally delayed preschool children in a school setting. I currently work as a one-to-one classroom aide at a children's school, supporting emotional regulation, communication, daily routines, and play-based learning. I'm known for being patient, calm, consistent, and attentive, especially during transitions or moments of dysregulation.
