"Hi Boston families! I'm Nichole and I'm bringing 18 years of 'child-at-heart' energy and professional expertise to the city this March with a Bachelors in Psychology. My career has been a whirlwind of joy and impact-from Special Education teaching and ABA therapy to coaching dance and cheer. I've managed group homes and worked with adoption agencies, meaning I've seen it all and loved every minute of it. Whether I'm working with a tiny infant or a teenager navigating the world, my goal is the same: to be a champion for their growth and a partner in their success. I believe in big personalities and bold individuality. I'm the nanny who isn't afraid to be dramatic, use silly voices, and turn a living room into a stage-all while using my Mental Health Counseling background to help children navigate their emotions and behaviors with confidence.
