I'm 30 and have been a professional nanny for over 8 years. LGBTQ+ friendly here! I've also taught English and provided childcare in Mexico, Guatemala, Peru, and most recently at an orphanage in Tanzania. Nick was wonderful with our son, age 11, who is on the autism spectrum!  So playful, accepting, and sweet. Also very professional and responsive in his communication with us. We will definitely hire him again!

Nick has been a weekend babysitter for us for the last 8 months :) We have been so fortunate to have him care for our two kids (10 and 5). Nick is fun, energetic, playful, positive, compassionate, and extends his care and kindness to everyone in the family. Nicholas was an absolute blessing to my family. I was able to put my full trust in him for taking care my children and filling their day with love and attention. He took my kids on hikes, brought them on daily adventures and even small trips to the library, stimulating their brains in many ways. Nicholas would clean up after every activity so I was always coming home to a clean environment. There was never a dull moment with Nicholas! 

Nick provided exemplary care for our baby/toddler and 6-year-old with special needs for about 9 months.  He was energetic and fun, but was also careful about anything health or safety related (our baby's heart condition, making sure our son was safe when out with him, etc). 

Nick is AMAZING. He is able to have fun while being a great example and role model. My daughter loved having him care for her during the 1.5 weeks that we needed care. He was reliable,  punctual and a great communicator (we got fun pictures of their outings while we were working).  

Nick is a treasure! He watches our 2 and 5 year olds full time. He was energetic and proactive, developing activities and thematic curricula that endlessly entertained our kids. He was incredibly patient and gentle with them, and very attentive to socioemotional learning. He was proactive about scheduling and meal prep, and just a joy to have around. He also was fantastic about regularly communicating with us to make sure we were on the same page. Our whole family misses him dearly.

Nick was fantastic with our three children (7, 4, and 2 at the time). They loved being with him and we always knew he would keep them engaged and happy.

As a father who worked  insane hours at a hospital I was so glad to have Nicholas at home with my twins knowing they were loved and taken care of so wonderfully. 

Once when I was sick he brought me chicken noodle soup so guess you can say he took care of me too.

Nicholas is still considered part of the family and we still keep in touch with him.

Nicholas was amazing with my son! He made him so comfortable that I could leave every day knowing he was in great hands. Nicholas was always early and went above and beyond my expectations.  I was sad when we moved out of state and had to hire a new Manny. Having someone like Nicholas in our lives for 3 years was PRICELESS.

I have hired Nick in the past to help me with my nephew and I can't even begin to say how wonderful and helpful he was with him. Beyond patient and kind, he was able to keep my nephew happy and calm and helped him with his homework. He played with him, took him outside to learn about nature, anything he could think of that didn't involve a television, phone or tablet! I know I can continue to count on him to be a great help and a punctual and prepared nanny. I cannot recommend him enough!!

Nick worked for our family for just over a year in 2019 for about four days a week, sometimes more as work emergencies come up every so often. We've kept in close contact since then and he still goes out of his way to come see my boys when I need an extra hand. I truly could not say enough good things about him. He has always been incredibly reliable for the few years that I've known him and has really created a close relationship with our family. One of my FAVORITE things about him is how hands on and educational all of the different activities he does with my kids, from science experiments to museum trips and everything in between. Nick was with us until my youngest went to kindergarten and he truly did such a wonderful job preparing him. My kids loved him so much which is why we've kept in touch since then and has done an amazing job being Covid safe whenever he's come to see us over the last year. Nick is hands-down the BEST nanny we've ever had the pleasure of meeting.

Nick has many times helped me care for my grandchildren, and frequently the children of my friends who are also grandmothers. Nick is always creative, sweet, kind and loving. He takes the children to parks and museums and always knows how to educate them about things they see there. During the Covid pandemic, Nick followed all the mandates and requirements, and made sure the children  were always safe and properly protected. He is always highly aware of the most recent requirements as the pandemic rules change frequently.  One of the most wonderful things Nick does is create educational activities that are so unique and so much fun that the children retain the information very well. Nick is always polite, honest, and beyond respectful. I am so glad I have had Nick as others were always contacting him to work for them.

I interviewed Nick about 2 weeks ago for a nanny share position. Initially he quoted $40/hr to and i told him that the cost was absurd due to market rates for a nanny share in my area range from $24-26/hr. Additionally every nanny i have spoken with that have 10+ years of experience fall in that category and Nick only has 5 years experience. Besides our disagreement on the rate we had a nice chat overall. Apparently the comment on his rate didn't sit well with him and after my friend let him know we would be moving in a different direction he sent me and her a lengthy text calling me rude, unprofessional and essentially poor because i couldn't afford his services. Woah. He also mentioned he was hired by another family so he wasn't upset. Well i wouldn't want to be around him when he is like this if this is the way he acts normally. I figured i would make others aware of his actions as they are a bit concerning and wouldn't want someone who lashes out that way around  children.

Nick is amazing. He is full of energy and has a ton of creative ideas for our kiddos. He is reliable and dependable. And he always has a smile on his face!  5 stars!

Nick worked for my family for almost two years till we relocated for work. If I could have taken him with us I would!! My family highly values creativity and staying active. I loved how involved he was and he always seemed so excited to see my two year old. He was constantly taking him on walks and baking treats in the kitchen. I appreciated how understanding and knowledgeable he was of early childhood development. He talked with him like he was a person and made my son feel heard which I couldn't be more grateful for! Unfortunately my old position was super chaotic but Nick was so wonderful and flexible to work around the hectic schedule of my family. Any family would be lucky to have his help!

Nick is the nanny for our 3 grand babies. I could never have imagined how perfect he would be! Nick is beyond sweet with the children... he dedicates their time together to not only having fun but educational as well! The children are never in front of the television but rather outside hiking, exploring for scavenger hunts, doing arts and crafts, and countless other activities that Nick has researched for their given ages. They adore him as does our family. COVID has been so difficult and challenging for so many but Nick has made the past year a truly outstanding experience. I am so proud to recommend him for another family! We have been richly blessed by his dedicated service and I am 100% certain that his next family will feel the same!

Nick is THE BEST person to hire if you're looking for someone to take great care of your children, teach them, entertain them, and keep them active.  Nick worked for our family for the last year taking care of our 3 children (now aged 4, 3, and 9 months) and the ONLY reason we're letting him go is because we're moving to another state for work.  Right from the get-go, we loved Nick.  Our oldest son was obsessed with Frozen, and in his first week, Nick showed up ready to go with a Frozen-themed scavenger hunt.  It was so fun and creative.  Nick has kept up that energy ever since.  I can tell he takes pride in taking care of our kids, as he's always coming up with new ideas, such as getting caterpillars that my boys can watch turn into butterflies, art projects that line up with their always-changing interests, exploring new places around the area, etc.  The reality is, I could go on and on and on about how awesome Nick is, but I'll leave it by saying, you'd be lucky to have him!

He is a very creative person and a very sweet outgoing spirited nanny, he teaches kids how to be their best amazing self, helps them express themselves and learn to understand the world with creative ideas/planning. Our kid loves him so much and you're lucky to come across this nanny who takes the time and dedication to your kids truly genuine and quality teaching from Nicolas!
