About Nicholas

Hello all! I'm a skilled writer/copy-editor, history nerd, and animal lover, looking to tutor students (preferably 7th-12th grade, but open to all) in writing or general humanities. I did light editing and transcription work in high school, and spent a lot of college copyediting my friends' younger siblings' papers - and those of THEIR friends, too! Ideally, I'd like to help with essay writing, from the research/outline stage through the final draft, meeting weekly/bi-weekly with students to keep them on track, or more often as needed. I have some classroom experience, and spent many years teaching beginner/intermediate guitar, so I am adept at writing lesson plans if the need arises. I am mostly available in the afternoon/early evening, but I have a day job that allows me flexibility, and I am willing to work with any schedule!
