About Niara

I began caring for children at a young age, helping my mother with my sisters. In college, I tutored elementary kids (3rd and 4th graders in reading). I worked as a camp counselor for a summer. Additionally, I babysat my family friend's child from 4 months to about 1 year. I most recently worked as a preschool teacher (Montessori, 3-4-year-olds) where I also covered coworkers breaks in the infant room! I enjoyed spending time in there with the sweet babies and requested to cover breaks in the nursery often! I also currently volunteer my time with Girl Scouts (2nd -4th grade girls) and the kids ministry at church (3-4-year-olds). Skills include active listening, patience, creativity. CPR certified.
