Hi! My name is Nia, and I'm 19 years old and currently studying Nursing. I have 5 years of babysitting and nannying experience caring for children from newborns to 12 years old. I'm also a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), CPR certified, First Aid trained, and childcare certified. I absolutely love working with kids and have experience with meals, playtime, homework, bedtime routines, and other day-to-day care. I also have a 5-year-old brother who I care for often. I'm dependable, patient, and caring, and I always make it a priority to create a safe and fun environment for the children I watch. I have reliable transportation and am happy to help with pick-ups and drop-offs. I have classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays but am available every other day of the week. I hope to become a midwife in the future, so working with children and families is something I'm truly passionate about!

I can’t recommend Nia highly enough as a babysitter! She has experience caring for children outside of our family, but she has also had the wonderful opportunity to care for her nieces, nephews, younger siblings, and especially her 5-year-old brother, H. Being 19 and having helped care for him throughout his early childhood has given her a unique amount of hands-on experience with infants, toddlers, and young children. Nia genuinely loves being around kids, and it shows. Children absolutely love spending time with her, and as a mom, there is nothing better than knowing your children are safe, happy, and well cared for. She is responsible, patient, attentive, and truly makes the children her number one priority. One of the things I appreciate most about Nia is that she goes above and beyond. If the children are settled and she has extra time, she will straighten up, switch the laundry, help with groceries, or simply look for ways to make things a little easier for the family. She doesn’t do these things because she has to—she does them because she genuinely cares. Nia has a wonderful way of connecting with children, and she brings that same caring attitude to the entire family. You can tell that she truly enjoys what she does, and that kind of genuine connection and compassion is something you don’t find very often. Any family would be lucky to have her caring for their children!
