I gave her a 4-star rating only because she is still young and has room to learn, gain experience, and grow professionally. Other than that, she has a genuinely caring heart and is wonderful with people. She is compassionate, sincere, patient, and naturally attentive to the needs of others. She has grown up helping care for children in her family, community, and among family friends, so being responsible, nurturing, and present comes naturally to her. She is also an animal lover, and to me that all comes back to one thing... she truly cares. She has the kind of spirit that makes people feel safe, seen, and comfortable. With more experience and time, I believe she will continue growing into an even stronger caregiver and asset wherever she works.
