About Nia

Hello! My name is Nia. I have over 10 years of childcare experience beginning at age 13, when I volunteered during the summers at an in-home daycare. Since then, I have continued babysitting for friends, family, and multiple families on a recurring basis. I have cared for children ranging from infants to 13 years old and am comfortable with feeding, diaper changes, preparing simple meals, bedtime routines, homework help, and keeping children engaged in safe, age-appropriate activities. I enjoy incorporating creativity into my time with kids, including arts & crafts, reading, and interactive play. I strive to create a fun, structured, and supportive environment where children feel comfortable and cared for. I also value clear communication, patience, and reliability, and I believe building trust with both the child and parents is very important. My goal is to provide dependable care and peace of mind while your child is in my care.
