About Nely

Pediatric Trilingual Speech language pathologist-CF recent graduate from Gallaudet University. I like working with kids because its great being able to see kids gaining incidental learning experiences through play. I like being on the park, reading books, coloring, playing soccer, etc It's great when I get to be part of a child's life and get to know them while they learn. I started working with kids because I have a cousin with Down syndrome. My first experiences were around children with disabilities through volunteering or respite care. I worked with kids starting junior year of high school, through college and until now that I am a pediatric speech language therapist. In my spare time, I like to workout, dance, hike, swim, and be with my family. One thing you should know about me is that I am responsible and deeply care for kids. I like to build meaningful trusting and fun environments for the kids. My skills include CPR, lots of energy, and caring personality
