Nelly made all the difference in my Dad's care. Without her experience, compassion and kindness his illness and our family's ability to deal with it at home would have been radically different. We will be forever grateful for what she did for us. We tried Agency staffing first and it was different people every day, missed shifts and constant turmoil. Once we found Nelly she took charge and from then on, we could worry less about a lot of details, because Nelly just did what needed to be done. We could spend our time with my dad - not dealing with yet another new face.
