Nellie worked with our family as a caregiver for 3 years before going to college, and overall, we were very pleased with all the support she provided. She is a dedicated professional and she who clearly cares about the well-being of her clients. I would pick her over and over again for my kids any day. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that there was a slight learning curve regarding specific dietary preferences/meal prep at the beginning. However, once we discussed our expectations, she was very receptive to feedback and adjusted her routine accordingly. Nellie is a trustworthy, hardworking, and gentle caregiver. I would certainly recommend her to any family looking for someone who treats their loved ones like their own family.
