My first year was in NYC caring for a 5-year-old boy and a 3-year-old girl. I then moved to Colorado, I take care of a 6-month-old baby. I'm very patient, creative, and I really enjoy working with children. I handle feeding, introducing solids, sleep routines, diaper changes, and fun activities that help with development I hold a valid Colorado driver's license and have a clean driving record. I'm fluent in English and a native Spanish speaker, and happy to teach Spanish if desired. I am patient, responsible, organized, and comfortable with pets. I do not smoke, and I'm CPR certified. Horrible, horrible attitude. I was rescheduling a meeting well prior to the time (in fact due to running behind schedule because of school pick up) This girl responds half an hour after interview time and says sorry not going to be able to make the call today (1h after my reschedule and 1/2 an hour after the originally set time). I tell her it's poor mannered and thats not how things are done. She then says "Ohh someone is having a bad day and it's not my problem. Good luck" I think a dodge a huge one with this one. Do not hire! If she gives such terrible attitude at interview process I can imagine the rest of the employment would be full of these surprises.
