About Neissa

Hi! My name is Neissa, and I'm a friendly and caring college junior studying biology. While I've officially babysat once, I have meaningful caregiving experience from helping care for my grandmother, who had Alzheimer's, as well as my grandfather, who needed assistance with mobility. These experiences taught me patience, empathy, and how to be attentive to others' needs. I also grew up with siblings, which helped me understand different family dynamics and how to be flexible and supportive in a home with multiple kids. In addition, I work as a student ambassador at my university, where I regularly lead group tours for middle and high school students. This role has given me strong experience managing groups of kids, getting their attention, and staying calm and positive under pressure. I speak three languages, love reading, and enjoy doing crafts and creative activities. I'm reliable, warm, and always aim to create a safe, fun, and supportive environment for children.
