Hi! I'm Neissa (Ni-sa), I have been a caring and dependable paraprofessional (teacher's aide) for two years and am now looking to babysit on the side. I love working with children and have experience with preschool-aged kids, including those with speech delays, autism, and behavioral needs. I believe every child deserves patience, encouragement, and a safe, fun environment where they can thrive. Your child's safety is my top priority. I'm CPR certified and trained in emergency response, including administering an EpiPen for severe allergic reactions. My experience in the classroom has taught me how to stay calm under pressure, communicate effectively, and provide attentive, compassionate care. I enjoy keeping kids engaged through crafts, outdoor play, reading, educational activities, and creative games while respecting each family's routines.
