She worked with us for roughly eight months caring for our newborn and three year old. She was always punctual Clearly communicated concerns and observations Our kids were always happy to see her. We felt our kids were very safe in her care. She was extremely gentle and nurturing to our newborn. Our baby girl always reached for Ms Niela when she came in. She went out of her way to learn what our kids loved. We wish we could have kept her as our nanny but she moved out of state ):
