About Neila

Hello! My name is Neila, and I'm a full-time Psychology student at Fresno State with a passion for working with children. I'm a caring, patient, responsible, and dependable person who genuinely enjoys getting to know each child's personality, interests, and individual needs. I previously worked as a Behavior Technician, gaining professional experience working directly with children and supporting their development and behavior. This experience taught me the importance of patience, consistency, communication, and creating a safe, positive environment. I especially enjoyed building relationships with the children I worked with and seeing their progress. I'm comfortable helping with activities, playing games, assisting with homework, preparing simple meals and snacks, and keeping children engaged. I understand every family has their own routines and expectations, and I'm happy to follow the approach that works best for your family and become someone you can rely on!
