About Neema

Fostering a child's growth and development is my true passion, and I have spent the last four years dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of the children I care for. My patient, calm, and creative approach ensures that every child feels supported and engaged. I am highly comfortable enforcing household rules to maintain consistency for your family. Because I love staying active, I enjoy organizing outdoor sports and physical games to keep children energized. I prioritize clear communication and provide regular updates through texts, verbal check-ins at pickup, or written daily reports. I am comfortable caring for one child and am happy to accommodate your pets. I hold CPR training and First Aid certifications to ensure a safe environment at all times. I look forward to bringing my reliable, friendly energy into your home and becoming a trusted part of your family's daily routine.
