My diverse educational background, including coursework in early child development and Early Childhood Education (ECE), has given me the knowledge and expertise to provide quality care. I believe in open and consistent communication with parents, ensuring that they are always informed about their child's day and any issues that arise. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules and believe in a balanced approach to discipline that combines positive reinforcement with clear boundaries. My wide range of skills and training, including First Aid Training, CPR Training, and Child Development Associate (CDA), enables me to provide comprehensive care for children.
