About Navidad

I'd describe my personality as caring, loving, and attentive I enjoy working with kids because I am a strong leader and can influence them into achieving their goals. I am patient with kids, since I have a big family and around children often. I'm looking for a job that is consistent, as well as a place to grow. I started working with kids when I was 15 taking babysitting jobs from neighbors, friends, and family. In my spare time, I like to spend quality time with my family. One thing you should know about me is I am an athlete and hard work does not scare me. I work well under pressure, always having a positive attitude. I am open to growing and learning. My skills include patience, Problem- solving, fast learner, and effective communication skills.
