About Nathan

Hi! I'm Nathan, 20, and I love working with kids! I have caregiving experience and currently work as a behavioral technician at an ABA clinic, supporting children with autism. I help kids build communication, social, and daily living skills through games and activities. I encourage independence and help kids work through frustration and practice safe behaviors. My favorite part is seeing their progress, even the little victories! Before ABA, I worked as a caregiver, helping with meals, cleaning, medication reminders, and daily routines. I recently earned my Associate's Degree and hope to study Communication Sciences and Disorders, eventually becoming a Speech-Language Pathologist! Outside work, I love spending time with family and exploring scenic places. I'm bilingual in English and Spanish, CPR and Food Handler certified, and have my own insured vehicle! I'd love to connect with a family and provide a safe, fun, and supportive environment for their kids!
