About Nathaniel

I have spent the last eight months working as a swim instructor, teaching babies, children, teens, and adults in classes of four to six students. I regularly see between 20 and 50 learners a day, including infants as young as six months who require constant, focused supervision for their safety. This role has strengthened my ability to remain highly attentive, adapt to fast-changing situations, and support children with a wide range of needs. I have gained valuable experience working with children who have disabilities, as well as those who present challenging behaviors, and I consistently strive to provide a safe, patient, and encouraging learning environment for every student.
