About Nathalie

I have a natural passion for working with children. As the oldest of three, I grew up in a hands-on role helping care for and guide my younger siblings, which taught me patience, responsibility, and strong communication from an early age. I've also worked multiple summers at my former middle school's camp, where I helped supervise activities, support group dynamics, and create a fun, safe environment for kids of all ages. In addition, I've volunteered in aftercare programs, tutoring, and mentorship roles, where I focused on helping children feel confident, supported, and engaged. I'm reliable, attentive, and genuinely enjoy building positive relationships with the families I work with. I always aim to create a safe, nurturing, and structured environment where kids can learn, grow, and have fun.
