Nathalia is incredibly reliable, communicative, and all around an amazing nanny. We welcomed her into our home to take care of our son for nearly a year prior to him starting daycare, and she immediately became a part of our family. She is incredibly nurturing and treated our son as if he was her own. She not only followed our wishes but proactively would provide recommendations as well. She also helped around the house when he was napping which helped more than we could have ever imagined. She was always up for trying new activities with him and encouraged him with some of his big milestones. We love Nathalia, highly recommend her, and plan to keep her involved in our family as much as we can!
