About Natassia

I am a former elementary school teacher. I taught third grade for six years, however I have experience with K- 5th grade students as well. I recently finished my 6th year of teaching, two of which I was the lead teacher for the grade level. However, I have chosen to leave the public education system with the hope to work privately with students in a more personalized manner. Prior to 3rd grade I was the lead teacher in a Pre-K facility while I was attending school. Additionally, I have experience with small group and one-on-one tutoring with general education as well as English language learners. I have experience working with students who have ADD/ADHD and I strive to make sure I keep the lessons interesting. I believe that engaging learning activities are what create successful learning outcomes! I have a passion for working with children and watching the light go on in their minds when they finally understand something. I look forward to working with your child!
