About Natasha

I love working with kids! It's a good feeling to know my time is going toward helping a busy mom. I also just adore spending time with littles, and watching them grow and learn. In my spare time, I like to bake and cook new recipes. I work at a coffee shop, and I enjoy going there on my off days to visit my coworkers and study with a strawberry matcha! I have a variety of childcare skills. The year I spent volunteering for a middle school refugee program helped me really refine my conflict resolution skills. I have found that focusing on redirection while maintaining the boundary works well. For example: "It's time to go home from the park so you can eat dinner. It's important to eat on time so you can keep growing and stay healthy. When we get home you can play with your blocks, and I will read to you." I also pride myself on my patience and adaptability.
