***NOT AN AGENCY*** My name is Natasha and after 10 years of working bedside care in hospitals and alongside top medical directors such as Harvard-affiliated physicians including renowned professors, I decided to build my own consulting service around passion - A passion for connecting and helping people. I help families recruit and hire caregivers or nurses for in-home private care. When it comes to experience, I have been an expert in helping families navigate the aging process in regard to coordinating home care, managing home care, crisis calls, placement options, medical, legal, financial, real estate and end of life care issues (Advanced Directives/POLST). My mission is to preserve independence, dignity and quality of life for people as they age and enable family members to feel confident that their loved ones are living safe, secure and fulfilling lives.
