I highly recommend Natascha as a senior caregiver. I hired her to care for a 96 year old gentleman with dementia until he was admitted into a nursing home. She showed compassion and patience during his sundowning episodes. Due to her nursing experience with seniors, Natascha was able to anticipate the client’s needs. She was safety conscious, utilizing proper body mechanics and best safety practices for all transfers. Natascha was a dependable worker and clearly communicated her schedule availability.
