Natalie did a great job taking care of our 11 week old twins in July 2021 for 3 days x 8 hours a day x 3 weeks, which included days when both of us parents were working at home and days when we were out for several hours. Being able to manage a newborn - let alone twins - is tough enough but Natalie was calm when either one or both twins were fussy for a bottle, diapers or nap time. Having to juggle both babies also meant that she had to make decisions about how to stagger caring for each and both, and she did so by carefully making sure each was in a safe place / position when she was attending to the other one. As a parent of twins, "neglect" is just what you will have to deal with from time to time; the way in which she was thoughtful and careful about ensuring their safety was the most important and comforted me as a first time parent. She spent a lot of time doing activities with them (and that age, it was mostly tummy time and reading). You can tell that her maternal instincts shine through when she cared for our twins. In addition to caring for our twins, Natalie helped with cleaning bottles and logging information on feeds, diaper changes and naps. She also on occasion helped with cleaning our place. Although she was willing, we didn't have an opportunity to have Natalie do the twins' laundry. Natalie was also personable and easy to speak to. She was observant of the twins and we appreciated the observations, tips and advice she shared with us. We had a good experience with Natalie and would recommend as a caregiver.
