Hello! I'm Nataliia, a caring, dependable childcare provider with a strong background in education. I genuinely enjoy being around children, building a connection with them, and creating a safe and positive environment where they can play, learn, and grow. Before moving to the US from Ukraine, I spent more than 20 years in higher education and over 10 years working one-on-one as a private English tutor with school-age children. This experience taught me how different every child can be and how important it is to understand their personality, interests, and individual needs. I'm comfortable with children of different ages and value open communication with parents. I'm CPR & First Aid certified (Adult, Child & Infant), hold an Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card, have reliable transportation and auto insurance, and I am authorized to work in the U. S. as a Permanent Resident. I'm also multilingual and speak English, Ukrainian and Russian.
