About Natalie

Hi, I am Natalie, a proud mom of three (21, 19, and 11) with a lifelong passion for caring for people of all ages. I started babysitting at 8, earned my CDA at 16, completed 500 hours of training with toddlers with developmental disabilities through Iowa AEA, and studied child psychology. My experience includes childcare and adult care. I have helped raise many bonus children and worked as an Assistant Director and Lead Infant Teacher in Child Development Center. I have also worked as a PCA caregiver supporting elderly clients and individuals with mental health and developmental needs. I have experience with ADHD, autism, and IDD. I lead with love, patience, and faith and can incorporate spirituality if desired. I create calm, nurturing environments where people feel safe and supported.
