About Natalie

Hi! I'm Natalie. I graduated from USF in 2024 and have over 9 years of childcare experience. I genuinely love working with kids and being part of their growth and everyday adventures. While I was in college, I worked as a preschool teacher, which gave me hands-on experience supporting early childhood development in a classroom setting. I also have many years of experience working with developmentally disabled children and adults, which taught me patience, adaptability, and how to meet people where they are while helping them feel supported and confident. I bring a positive energy into the homes I work in and love keeping kids engaged through things like playing outside, crafts, reading stories, helping with homework, and creative activities. I also understand how important trust and communication are for parents. I'm dependable, respectful of your home and routines, and always aim to create a safe, supportive, and happy environment for the kids I care for.
