Natalie was with our family for about 5 years and cared for all three of our children. She first came to us when our oldest was a newborn and helped as a night nanny during those exhausting first months. A few years later, she also helped care for our twins. At the time, Natalie was attending UCLA, and I was always impressed by how well she balanced school and work. We traveled back and forth between Los Angeles and Northern California quite a bit, and she was someone we could always count on. She was dependable, easy to work with, and genuinely cared about our kids. Our children loved her, and she became a familiar and trusted part of our family. She was great with newborns, toddlers, and school-age children, and always brought a calm and caring presence. Any family would be lucky to have her.
