Natalie is an incredible sitter! Not only does she have the experience of being a mother, she also incorporates patience, compassion and possesses an incredible skill set from her experience working in the school system with special needs kids. She was able to quickly and effectively help our 6-year-old with transitions and de-escalation. Her enthusiasm and love for working with all types of children is a true gift.
